Leonard is gone, but let’s not forget that he still helped the team reach the Western Conference Finals for the first time in franchise history during the 2021 NBA Playoffs.
Of course, Leonard’s past several seasons have been plagued with injuries. Combining these facts makes it a huge debate about whether Kawhi deserves a tribute video from the Clippers when he returns to Intuit Dome next season.
“For what? They won 3 series with him,” a fan wrote. While another added, “Uncle Dennis gets one.”

“Unlikely he shows up or even travels with the team for that game. Will be a scheduled day off to rest,” a third fan predicted.
“It would be funny if they put all his lowlights instead,” a fourth fan stated. While a fifth fan asked, “Lol this is a joke right?”
All things considered, the majority of the Clippers fanbase is against Kawhi getting a tribute video, as they still seem hurt by the lack of success during his tenure with the team.
